Welcome to the very first edition of our monthly newsletter! I thought it would be a fun way to keep you all in the loop with everything going on—dog walking updates, natural treats, new products, giveaways, and stories from our daily adventures. 🎉
We’re already halfway through July (where has the time gone?!), but the plan is to release a new update at the start of every month—so stay tuned!

🐶 Odie’s Treats: 1 Year On + New Launch!
I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since I started Odie’s Treats! 🥳 The idea came from my own dog, Odie, who has a very sensitive tummy. Supermarket treats just weren’t working for him, and when I looked into the ingredients, I was shocked at the number of additives and preservatives being used.
I wanted to create a better option—natural, hassle-free, and good value for money. That’s how our treat boxes came to life! They’re tailored to different needs—whether it’s for joint support, healthy teeth and gums, or just a wholesome snack.
🎉 NEW: Natural Ingredient Training Treats!
After lots of trial and error (and plenty of taste tests by Odie himself!), I’ve finally developed a range of natural training treats—and I couldn’t be prouder. They're delicious, sensitive-stomach friendly, and made with simple, honest ingredients.

🎪 We're Attending the Dog & Cat Shelter Summer Fair!
📍 Saturday 13th July – Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter
We’re setting up stall at this amazing event, selling all of our natural treats and goodies! We attended their Christmas market last year (in very soggy weather!) and it was still a success—so fingers crossed for sunshine this time! ☀️
There’ll be:
- Local vendors & food stalls
- Fun dog show
- Face painting, crafts & bouncy castle
- Games and entertainment for the whole family!
🎟️ Tickets: £3 for adults, £1 for children under 14

🐕 Dog Walking Highlights
It’s now month two of being a full-time dog walker—and honestly, I’m loving every minute! It’s busy, tiring, but so rewarding. I’ve met so many amazing pups already and feel genuinely lucky to be doing this full time.
I’m currently fully booked for solo walks during the week, but I do still have a few group walk spots left on Tues, Wed & Thurs mid-day—message me if you’d like to join!
Hot weather has definitely brought a few challenges, but we’ve made the most of it:
- Early walks
- Shady woodland routes
- Plenty of stream dips and seaside swims 🌊
If you have any local recommendations for dog-friendly trails or shaded walks, I’m always on the lookout for new places!
🚨 Quick note: I’ll be on a much-needed holiday from 10th–18th August, but will be back and walking again from the 19th!
